Synthetic Marijuana - Test and Review

My first impression of the smell was pleasant enough. Hints of plants/herb varieties I have encountered before and used for their scents or in food. It felt chemically dried. Not brittle but void of moisture. Appearing to be a combination of a few plant varieties and parts of the plants themselves. Grown differently but cured similarly. I took a small puff to begin with and got hit with the hot tonsil burn of chemicals and hot air. The smoke was thick but not altogether unpleasant. Some of the plant material leaves behind a clean white ash whereas others leave behind a heavy sooty black ash indicating what residual fertilizers or and phyto-stuffs were left in the plant. The buzz feels more 'down' than a cannabis marijuana buzz. Much more cerebral sitting on top of the head and behind the eyes. It lasted for only 30 minutes and did not increase my appetite or noticeably engorge my eye's blood vessels.

Below is a Macro Photograph of the Synthetic Cannabis (active ingredient JWH-018)
Once you have smoked it the ash will show you how dirty the "Potpourri" actually is.

Conclusion - Don't smoke synthetic marijuana, go for the real stuff or none at all

Japanese Medical Marijuana Political Asylum?

A Japanese man who has been residing in California and is fighting Crohn's disease says his time in the United States is up and he must return to Japan. He has been using cannabis to treat his ailments but upon return to Japan will no longer be able to treat himself this way. He says going back to japan is sentencing him to a slow and painful death.

Kenichi Nalita (Narita) is the first medical marijuana patient to fight for his rights to medicate with marijuana in the Japanese Courts found his way to the US after years of reaching dead ends in Japanese avenues of research, education, and government.

Check out the Facebook Page

There is a fantastic article including many quotes by Kenichi - Toke Of the Town

PAPA KIEF'S Cannabis Caramel

This turned out to be quite a surprise success. I hope you all enjoy.

1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup heavy cream (substitute milk)
1/3 cup cannabutter

Put the sugar and water in a small pan and place on high heat stirring constantly. Watch it closely and remove from heat if it starts burning. Watch the bubbles popping, as soon as it becomes thicker the bubbles will pop slower, this is when you add the cannabutter and remove from heat for a minute stirring constantly. Place back on heat and stirring constantly add the milk little bit by little bit. Once the smell is intoxicating and the color is as shown in the image below remove from heat and pour into a bowl (I lined mine with tin foil for an easier clean up).

After you have made the marijuana caramel and it has cooled a bit i suggest dipping things in it like brownies, ice cream bars, and fingers, YUM!!
